Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the 
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

We process medical clearances for deployment, medical evaluation boards, Pre and Post-Deployment Health Assessments, preventative health assessments, PCS and Overseas Clearances, employment physicals, retraining and special duty 422 requests, security clearances, initial flying class physical requests, occupational injuries and exams and Separation history and Physical Examinations.
