Flight Operational Medicine Clinic (FOMC)

We provide Preventative Health Assessment and all acute and routine health care needs for active duty personnel. All flyers who are seen at an outside clinic, visits must be reviewed by a Flight Surgeon within 24 hours. Please notify us if you receive any off base care received by phone or hand carry your medical notes to the front desk.
